Hard Chrome Plated Bar

Our production of chrome-plated bars is in the range of 12-180 mm outside diameter and has an annual production capacity of 20.000 tons. In the hydraulics sector, hard chrome-plated bars and carbon steel materials are used in work machines, elevators, hydraulic cylinders and vehicle equipment. After grinding the carbon steel surface, a chrome plating is applied, and then the surface smoothness is superfinished to the tolerance f7.

Hard chrome plated shafts are chrome plated at 20-25 microns at the top. After the NSS salt spray test has been carried out, a check is carried out to determine whether the shaft meets the desired standards.

Our raw materials are taken into production after being analyzed with a spectrometer. Eddy Current crack control is performed during the production phase.

There are two types of products as induction hardened chrome plated bar or hard chrome plated bar.
