Taviller Hidrolik Mil Boru İmalat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. has been a supplier to the hydraulic industry since 1979. As a local manufacturer, our goal is to create jobs in our country and to meet the needs of our customers on the best terms.
In addition, Taviller Hidroliftsan A.Ş. is manufacturing hydraulic and telescopic cylinders for our company which we have for those products many customers in our country and around the world.
Our factory is located in Astim Industrial Park in city Aydın. We meet the needs of our customers with our Istanbul İkitelli and Imes, Bursa, Konya, Ankara and Izmir sales branches and warehouses.
About us
TAVILLER started in 1979 as “TAVIL Brothers” in machining business which has become a giant in its sector today with the support of our industrialists in our country. Thanks to the foresight of TAVIL Brothers, which started the production of Hydraulic Cylinders, Chrome Plated Bars and Cold Drawn Tubes, has made a name for itself in all markets in a short time. Within the structure of our company; Taviller Hidrolik Mil Boru İmalat Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş., Taviller Hidroliftsan A.Ş., Tavilmil Foreign Trade, Şeref Hidrolik, DMF Steel are among the most valuable and powerful companies in their own field.
Taviller A.Ş. is located in Astim Industrial Park in Aydın with a closed area of 24.000 m², an open area of 40.000 m² and a production and stock area of 20.000 m². In addition, it has industrial land where production lines can be established according to the demand of the world market.
Hard chrome-plated shafts, hydraulic seamless cold-drawn tubes, honed tubes, ready-to-use hydraulic tubes and hydraulic cylinders are manufactured in our main plant in Aydın. In addition, our Konya facility uses our state-of-the-art machinery to manufacture hydraulic fasteners and replacement parts.
Our production facilities include peeling, straightening, grinding, chrome and polishing machines. According to the needs of our customers and the future, we renew our production facility with automated, world-class machine brands.
Our sales warehouses are located in 5 provinces in Turkey; Istanbul-Ikitelli, İstanbul-Imes, Bursa, Ankara-Ostim, Konya-Imsan, Konya-Elite, İzmir-Pınarbaşı. The branches have a wide variety of stocks and well-equipped staff to meet all of our customers’ needs.
Taviller Hidrolik Mil Boru İmalat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. currently exports to 52 countries with our foreign trade company Tavilmil. This number is increasing day by day and it has made a name for itself in the world. Providing support to its customers with suitable delivery time and various products, Tavilmil has the ability and capacity to balance the sales of branches in Turkey and sales branches.
Since it is known that quality is more important than price today, Taviller Hidrolik has many tools such as crack control devices, salt spray test, spectrometer for material analysis, linearity control device, hardness control device, diameter and wall thickness control device in its production lines.
